HISTORY

Previously C.S. Mahon & Associates, Mahon & Rutledge Appraisal Group was formed in 1989
by co-founders Steve Mahon & Harry Rutledge. In 2012, Andrew Mahon purchased the company
and continues as the current President and CEO. Headquartered in Issaquah, Washington
Mahon & Rutledge is now considered to be one of the largest real estate appraisal firms in the
Pacific Northwest.

2023- Mahon & Rutledge expands to Colorado

2020- Mahon & Rutledge expands to both Idaho and Oregon

2018 - Mahon & Rutledge quadruples in size after acquisition

2012 - Andrew Mahon acquires company

2009 - Mahon & Rutledge appraises record number of foreclosures during financial crisis

1993 - Company experiences rapid expansion

1989 - Mahon & Rutledge opens for business
